You can of course pay for your sauna or RLT device via internet banking. We will issue an Invoice to you, which will include our Bank Account details. Payment is required prior to dispatch of your purchase please. When full payment for your sauna is received and confirmed, we will send your sauna and let you know it is on its way! We will also issue at this point: a receipt, Warranty in your name as well as your Owner’s and Assembly Manuals.
To ensure the prompt processing of your order and to avoid shipping delays, please put your Invoice Number in the reference section.
Debit/Credit Card Payments via Stripe
On confirmation of your order, we will email you an Invoice which will include a safe link to pay by Debit or Credit Card using Stripe payment partner services. There is no surcharge to you and no card details need to be provided to us.
Full payment is required prior to the dispatch of your sauna. When you pay via Stripe, we get an instant notification, so we will let you know, usually within a few business hours, that your sauna delivery is underway.
